Self Love and collective conscious

Have you ever had a dream or been shown something in a meditation that doesn’t make sense at the time,  but later that day you meet someone and realise the dream was about them?

It happened to me yesterday. 

I was at our beautiful park for my morning run and parked next to a woman I hadn’t seen for several years.   We got out of our cars at the same time and she started to share how really tough the last few years had been for her.   She was wondering what it was all about and fearful that more trauma might occur. 

I offered to tune in to see if I was able to get any insights for her.   Standing there with my earbuds in,   phone prepped with my running podcast, I was reminded of my dream and meditation. 

In the meditation I was being shown a misty energy swirling through someones body.   I could sense a conversation as if it was coming from the mist.   It felt like the boss and was frustrated the receptors in this persons body had changed and it wasn’t able to “get in”.  

I asked Creator of All That Is, Infinite Love,  what this woman was being invited to learn.   It was simply to be in her expanded power and start to Love herself.   Expansive self Love,  with receptors of:   Worthiness, Knowing, Trust, Freedom and Power.   I was being shown that as she accepted these virtues, her receptors would change and the need for something else to control her would be diminished, with the possibility of a change in her health. 

I heard the words "step out of victimhood and into your Power" (loving, authentic power).  As I shared this with her, her she stood more upright, colour returned to her checks.

So why am I sharing this particular encounter with you?

The “mist” had a feeling of a collective paradigm, that it was used to being around many people and in “control”.   The confusion it was expressing reminded me of a cultural shift happening. 

We’ve seen these in the past year with the global recognition that plastic is unhealthy for the environment, and that we need to change our relationship with each other and our planet. 

This particular energy was around our self perception, our capacity to really Love ourselves. 

When I started practicing the ThetaHealing technique and co-creating with Unconditional Love,  I naively thought everyone would recognise it on some level,  as we are part of this energy. 

But an informal survey of people coming to my clinic showed more than 97% of people did not recognise this energy.  This implied their receptors to love were affected, impacting on their worthiness and wellbeing.  I was shown how this impacted on their digestion systems capacity to absorb nutrients, receive support and a multitude of other implications. 

In the past I’ve been shown this energy as a pollution layer around the planet.   This time I was shown how it flowed in and out of the body looking for receptors to attach to and influence. 

My natural curiosity lead me to wonder:  what connection (if any) was there between this mist energy and health, wellbeing, our connection to each other, the planet and you? 

If you have been having a tough time, some health issue, or decision, it might be helpful to see:  is this collective worthiness/self love sapper energy camping on your receptors. 

Here are some ideas to help:

  1. Be open to the idea that you might have been listening to it unaware it was even there.  Much like the analogy of a fish being unaware it lives in water, or us not noticing gravity affecting us. 
  2. Be open to the idea that It might be influencing assumptions you have made about the world and your place in it. (for example the idea that you are unwanted, or unloved, always a victim, feeling a lack of abundance).
  3. Be open to the idea that there is something positive to be learned from it.
  4. Take some time to really feel Divine Love.   In what ever way this works for you.   If you find it difficult to breathe into and expand with this Love, remember a time when you felt really loved and invite this feeling and memory to expand into you. (Hint:  this may have been in a dream, meditation, while in nature, on a workshop,  with your family or somewhere else).
  5. When you can really feel this energy, ask what you are meant to be learning from this.
  6. Invite support to help you remember this.
  7. Have fun playing with new possibilities.
