Wouldn’t it be great to have a technique at your finger tips (literally) that you can use to transform your and your client’s thinking. So that instead of being affected for hours (or sometimes days) by negative/ put down/ bully type thinking, you can get back to enjoying life? Well read on because (drum roll please) you have one here.
You know how that voice in your head can throw you sometimes. There you are having a great time and out of the blue a little voice kicks in, leaving you with self doubt and possibly stopping you in your tracks. Been there, done that.
Has it occurred to you that perhaps its not your voice? Well, of course it is because you are the one thinking it right? (no - I”m not meaning that you might be going crazy). Bear with me a little here….
In the intuitive anatomy class, we discuss how your body has more microbe cells (such as bacteria and fungi) than human cells. They do an amazing job keeping you well (helping you digest food is one of them). These bacteria “talk” to each other so they know what to do and when to do it. Occasionally the balance of microbes gets a bit off (such as when you get sick). The microbes making you sick also “talk” to each other, but in a less loving way to you. So when you do something to make you better (herbal remedies, antibiotics) the microbes let you know they don’t like it and “ask” you to stop. This might sound weird, but this “talk” is the one that gets you thinking “hey, I’m feeling better, I don’t need to finish the antibiotics or herbal tincture”, or, “this medicine is making me feel worse”. You think its you thinking this, but most likely its the microbes in a last ditch survival plea. You may find the “self talk” that puts you down actually originates from an ancestor or a collective conscious fear. It might have worked for them to think that way, but it might have gone past its use-by-date for you.
Ok, so the quick technique….
Use muscle testing (your finger tips or the sway method) to find out where the belief comes from.
It works more successfully if you come from the place of recognising that you are a being of Light and Love (even if you don’t feel it right now).
The process:
Always start with checking your yes / no.
Then muscle test: I am (insert your name). If you get a no, then you know straight off the belief is probably not originating from you.
Then muscle test: The belief (what ever you were thinking about yourself) originates from my highest and best self
or another option: The belief (whatever you were thinking) originates from somewhere other than my highest and best
You could also muscle test: The belief (whatever you were thinking) originates with a microbe.
If you get a yes, then you can recognise its not really yours as such.
You have a few options: simply release it to Creator, do some digging around why you attracted it in the first place, (or with the example of the microbes, continue taking the medication as you know its working).
This is so useful to use with your clients. You do the muscle testing with them, and it helps them recognise really quickly that they no longer have to “own” the negative thinking. It usually makes it easier to release blocks about shifting the thinking.
